The Art of Stillness
A January Gathering
This gathering invites you to pause.
The Art of Stillness is a live, guided experience designed to help you slow your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and begin the year from a place of clarity rather than urgency.
Stillness is not about stopping your life.
It is about learning how to listen before you move.
Who This Gathering Is For
This gathering is for you if:
-
You are entering the year already feeling stretched or overstimulated
-
You are high-achieving but craving a slower, more embodied pace
-
You sense that clarity will not come from pushing harder
-
You want rest that is intentional, not avoidant
-
You are ready to embody rather than search
No prior experience with meditation or somatic practices is required.
What You’ll Experience
During this 90-minute live gathering, you will be guided through:
-
A grounding arrival to settle the nervous system
-
A short teaching on stillness vs. shutdown
-
A guided embodied stillness practice
-
Time for quiet reflection and integration
-
A closing ritual you can return to throughout the year
You will leave feeling more resourced, oriented, and internally steady.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the gathering, you can expect to leave with:
-
A felt sense of internal quiet
-
Language to discern when to pause versus push
-
One simple stillness practice you can return to daily
-
A clearer sense of what your body is asking for this season
This is not about doing more.
It is about doing what aligns.
Meet Your Guide

This gathering builds on the experience of December’s event, The Art of Coming Home, and marks the beginning of a monthly series exploring presence, regulation, and embodiment throughout the year.
A Gentle Invitation
If you are feeling called to slow down
If your body is asking for something quieter
If you want to begin this year with intention rather than urgency
You are warmly invited to join us.
Stillness is not something you earn.
It is something you allow.
